Shredded Potatoes, partially hydrogenated soy been oil, Salt, Dextrose, Onion, Monoglycerides, Calcium stearoy lactate, Sodium acid phyrophosphate and Sodium bisulfite added to protect freshness.
- Place desired amount of potatoes into a container ( yield is approx 2-2 1/2 times dry)
- Cover with hot water and let stand for 30 minutes.
- Drain water and use as with fresh potatoes.
