Potato Granules are ideal for dinner side dishes, soups, casseroles or any recipe calling for Mashed Potatoes. Great with butter, chives, shredded cheese and bacon bits! The number of servings per can can't be beat.
Ingredients: Dried potatoes, whey product (containing one or more of the following: sodium caseinate, calcium phosphate, calcium oxide), vegetable emulsifier, calcium stearoyl-2, lactylate, Vitamin C. Sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bisulfite, and BHA added as preservatives to retain freshness.
Cooking Directions: For 4 servings, bring 1 1/2 Cups water to a boil and 1/4 tsp. salt. While using a wire whip at low speed, slowly add 1/2 Cup potato granules. Mix at low speed until uniform about 30 seconds. At high speed, whip until light and fluffy (about 1-4 minutes). If desired, margarine or butter can be added for a richier, creamier texture. For thicker mashed potatoes, use less water or add more potato mix.
