Ingredients: Partially hydrogenated vegtable oil, whey solids, sodium caseinate, salt, mono and diglycerides, lectithin, flavor, color.
Directions: Take 1 Tbsp. butter powder and add 1 Tbsp water. Mix. May add small amounts of vegetable oil for added texture and flavor. When used in baking, it is not necessary to reconstitute. Just add to dry ingredients and increase liquid. Excellent when sprinkling over hot vegetables.
