For Corn Bread: Combine 1 Cup cornmeal, 1 Cup flour, 1/4 Cup sugar, 1 Tbsp baking powder, and 1 tsp. salt. Add 1 egg and 1 Cup milk. Makes an 8" x 8" pan.
