Ingredients: Apple powder, modified food starch, malic acid, sodium citrate, calcium steareate,(added to prevent caking) sulfur dioxide(to prevent browning) and sodium sulfite.
Directions: Add water to cover 1/4 Cup sauce. More liquid may be needed for desired texture. For added flavor, add 1/4 tsp. sugar. Yields 1/2 cup. A better texture is achieved when allowed to stand overnight. May also be used in recipes for cooking and baking.
